Saskatoon police investigators are trying to determine if there is a connection between a stolen car and a woman in distress.
The car, a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer, was reported stolen sometime between 7 p.m. CT on Wednesday and 9 a.m. on Thursday from the 100-block of Lynd Crescent.

Then at around 6 p.m. Saturday, police were called about suspicious activity taking place at 22nd Street West and Avenue W.
The caller told police that she saw a man and woman arguing, that she appeared to be in distress and that the man appeared to push the woman into a vehicle.
The description of the vehicle matched that of the one stolen earlier in the day.

A vehicle with the same description was seen being driven erratically a short time later near Idylwyld Drive and 71st Street before heading towards Warman.
A search by patrol officers and the air support unit failed to turn up the Lancer.
Warman RCMP were also notified.

The Lancer police are searching for is grey, with a spoiler, and Saskatchewan licence plate 600 HQD.
The man is described as being in his late 20s or early 30s with dark blond hair.
The woman is described as being in her 20s, possible with dark hair pinned in a bun.
