Laval police search for missing Haitian tourist

LAVAL -Police in Laval are searching for Préssoire Calixte, 74, who has not been seen since Saturday morning.

Calixte is visiting from Haiti and left his daughter’s house at 9:30 a.m. to go for his morning walk, but never made it back home.

Calixte only speaks Creole, and doesn’t know his daughter’s phone number or address. He usually carries her contact info with him but apparently this time he forgot to bring it along.

Calixte stands 1.68 metres tall and weighs 82 kilograms. He has brown eyes, wears glasses and has grey hair.

When he left for his walk, Calixte had on a brown hat, and was wearing black pants and a grey sweater.
