MONTREAL – A woman in her 30s could face charges after she jumped from the Fenelon Blvd overpass on Highway 20 in Dorval Thursday evening with her 3-year-old daughter in her arms.
Both survived the fall. The toddler was unharmed. The woman suffered two broken legs and a broken pelvis, police said.

Accordingn to police, the woman parked her car on the overpass at about 8:30 p.m. Aug. 30. She took her daughter out fo the vehicle and carried her to the guardrail. She then jumped from the structure on to the highway below. She was not struck by passing traffic.
Police closed sections of Highway 20 for several hours.
