“Council invites our residents, wherever they may be, to join us for our first telephone town hall this Monday evening,” Mayor Melissa Blake said. “This is a great opportunity for residents to ask questions regarding the recovery process or any other issue or topic of importance to them – and we’ll be there to listen to them and provide the best answer possible.”

Residents wanting to ask questions can register to receive a call through the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo Website.

Residents who have registered with the Red Cross or who have a landline in the region can expect to receive a call around 7 p.m. Monday.
