TORONTO – A cross-border shopping dispute between Washington State and British Columbia residents is not going away. Global News has learned that a Vancouver man named Todd Smith organized a massive group to head to the Bellingham, Washington Costco that is at the centre of the news. He created a Facebook page which now has been taken down. Global News called Mr. Smith to find out more information, but he did not return our calls.
