Another 25-year-old man, Cody Galbraith, also died in the collision.
Police say the pickup truck they were in lost control on Corydon west of Kenaston Blvd.
It left the road, flipped, and struck several fixed objects, including a tree before coming to a rest on its roof against a condo building.
Police say speed and alcohol both appear to be factors in the crash.
Both men were from the Winnipeg area.
