One person has died following a house fire in southeast Calgary.
The blaze broke out around 7:30 pm. on Monday, in the 200 block of Dovely Place southeast.
Two people managed to escape, but a third person didn’t make it out of the home.

Fire crews found victim dead inside a bedroom.
Neighbours tells Global News the victim was a senior with MS, who was blind and used a wheelchair.
Her husband apparently tried to save the woman, along with neighbours who used a garden hose to try dousing the flames.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and officials say there was heavy smoke damage throughout the house.
