KELOWNA – A Kelowna man has been sentenced to jail time and fined for trying to dodge the tax man.
Michael Bradley Matvieshen was found guilty of failing to comply with an order to file corporate tax returns for various years for five companies.
The Canada Revenue Agency reports Matvieshen was sentenced to one day in jail for all five counts and fined $12,500.
