TORONTO – A Toronto man has been charged after police say he filmed a woman changing inside a washroom at her work.
Police say the woman spotted the cellphone in a backpack hanging on a hook in the washroom Thursday night.

They say she discovered it was recording her changing.
Police say that she then found another similar video on the phone that had been shot in the same washroom a week earlier.
Luis Castillo Guillen, 29, is charged with two counts of voyeurism.
He appeared in court Saturday.
