Firefighters are battling an apparent engine fire on a Korean Air jet on the tarmac at Haneda Airport in Tokyo.
Japanese television showed live on Friday at least two fire trucks spraying what appeared to be a white foam on an engine on the left side of the plane as smoke came out the back of it.
Japanese broadcasters say the roughly 300 passengers on board have safely evacuated and no injuries reported.
