Toronto police have located the body of a missing 84-year-old man not seen since early Sunday morning.
Jayaratnam Punnusamy was reported missing around 5:30 a.m. on May 22 in the area of Midland Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East.
Police issued an advisory on Sunday as they were concerned for his safety.
A command post had been set up as officers conducted a ground search on Tuesday.
There’s no immediate word on the cause of death.
