Drive-by shooting on Sask. First Nation

A man is in serious condition after he caught a ride to a Regina hospital following a drive-by shooting on a Saskatchewan First Nation. 

RCMP say the gunfire happened on the Piapot First Nation early yesterday morning.

They say the 25-year-old man was walking on the main grid that runs through the reserve when a blue-coloured vehicle went by and someone fired at him. 

The victim managed to walk to a home in the area before getting a ride into Regina for help. 

No one has been arrested.
