Officials are offering up free vehicle inspections Sunday, July 22, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Manitoba Public Insurance Service Centre at 420 Pembina Highway.
You’ll have the chance to have a safety inspection done on your car. The clinic is courtesy the Winnipeg Police Services Vehicle Inspection Section and Manitoba Public Insurance are.

After the inspection, you’ll be given an informational check sheet, but will not issue offence notices or do any follow-up for inspections for defects or infractions.
The number of inspectors will be up from previous years because of the number of vehicles that stop by.
The Winnipeg Police want to promote safety for all motorists using the streets and highways throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba.
