IN PHOTOS: A newborn white tiger cub and other offbeat pictures of the week

A two-month-old white tiger born in a zoo in the Czech Republic highlights our selection of some of the best offbeat photos of the week.

Surya Bara, an eight-year-old white tiger, gave birth to four cubs in February and the little tigers were unveiled this week at a zoo in the city of f Liberec, Czech Republic.

Keeping with an animal theme, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry brought his dog Ben to an event to celebrate Take your Child to Work Day, in Washington D.C.

Oh, and a massive gray whale carcass had to be removed a California beach using a backhoe and a dump truck.
