REGINA – The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) hosted their first annual job fair Thursday for the entire community.

“We were expecting a good turnout but this is definitely surprising,” RODS Employment Services Job Developer Victoria Flores said.

Thirty-five employers gathered at the Corie Ritchie Centre to offer employment information to prospective job seekers.

Usually, RODS holds smaller events focused more on newcomers, but this year was different.

“We’ve seen people both from Open Door and the community coming here,” Flores added.
