A day after the federal Liberal government announced that it would be legalizing marijuana next spring, a Kelowna man who uses medical marijuana has come forward with a complaint dealing with his landlord. The man claims he’s being harassed because he uses marijuana even though other tenants are allowed to smoke cigarettes inside their suites. Kelly Hayes has the story.
