Southbound lanes on Champlain Bridge reopened after accident

MONTREAL – The southbound lanes of the Champlain Bridge are reopened after an accident that involved three vehicles, said Quebec provincial police.

One woman is in critical, but stable condition.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for dangerous driving, causing an accident.

Alcohol was not a factor.
