Prince has a special connection with the city of Toronto. He was previously married to Toronto native Manuela Testolini and lived in a Bridle Path mansion.

Friday’s concerts, and its ticket pre-sales, will come as good news to fans who waited in the rain outside Massey Hall in the fall of 2014 for a rumoured Prince concert that never happened.
