TORONTO – The Ministry of Labour is investigating after a roofer allegedly fell off a roof and died early on Thursday morning.
The man, believed to be in his 20’s, was working on the roof of a three-storey house on Ormsby crescent near Spadina ave and Eglinton ave west.

He reportedly fell of the roof just after 9:30a.m. – it’s unclear what caused him to fall.
Firefighters responding to the scene attempted to revive the man but were unable to – he was pronounced dead on scene.
