WINNIPEG — A special CT scanner is back up and running at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre after a power outage last week forced the cancellation of dozens of appointments.
Staff from the University of Manitoba – which operates the building – worked through the weekend to restore power after a sewer backup led to an outage that caused about 48 appointments to be put on hold.
