REGINA – The Saskatchewan Party says it has not replaced its campaign manager amid allegations from the NDP that Bill Boyd was out.
Kathy Young, a spokeswoman for the Sask. Party, says Boyd remains campaign co-chair, just as he was in the 2011 election.
Young says the NDP are showing, in her words, “their desperation.”
