Police seize marijuana, cocaine in Prince Albert drug bust

Three people were arrested after a search warrant was executed by a police task force in Prince Albert, Sask. on Tuesday. Officers searched an apartment suite located in the 600-block of 28th Street west.

Members of the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) seized cash, 42 grams of marijuana and around 28 grams of cocaine in individually-packaged bags.

Jermaine Dreaver, 25, is facing charges of trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana and possession of proceeds of crime.

CFSEU also arrested two women, ages 22 and 24, who are facing charges of possession of cocaine.

They are scheduled to make their first appearance in Prince Albert provincial court on April 6.
