He’s in Manitoba for lectures in Winnipeg and Brandon, plus, he literally wrote the book on aging well. It’s called “90+ How I got there!”
Dr. Gifford-Jones practiced medicine long into his 80s.
Wednesday he visited Global to talk about his tips for aging well and the benefits of Vitamin C and Lysine.
