Pedestrian struck by car, critically injured

REGINA – A 27-year-old woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a car Thursday night.

On March 3, at approximately 10:46 p.m. Regina police received a call about a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 1st Avenue North and St. John Street.

One pedestrian was injured in the accident and was transported to hospital. According to police, the driver reported the accident.

Police say the woman does have critical injuries but is stable. No one is charged in connection with the incident at this time.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-770-6500.
