Two B.C. residents killed in head-on crash in Saskatchewan

Two people from B.C. have been killed in a head-on collision in Saskatchewan.

The crash happened over the noon hour, just west of Rosetown, SK. The driver of the car, an adult male and a female rear seat passenger, were both killed in the collision.

Police say the B.C. car with five people in it pulled out to pass a transport truck and collided with an oncoming SUV.

It was raining at the time. Three others in the B.C. vehicle have been transported to hospital in saskatoon with undetermined injuries.

Their hometowns have not been released, but RCMP confirms the vehicle is registered to an address in Sorrento, B.C.
