RCMP have a suspect in custody after a murder on the Pelican Narrows First Nation Saturday morning.
Mounties were called to an unresponsive male at an open field around 6:30 a.m.

RCMP say an altercation occurred while Pelican Lake youth were celebrating graduation.
A 23-year-old man from the First Nation was found deceased.
RCMP are treating this incident as a homicide and arrested an 18-year-old man on the reserve.
No charges have been formally laid.
Major Crimes and Forensic Identification continue to investigate.
