FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Authorities have seized 154 pounds of cocaine valued at $2 million at Port Everglades in Florida.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokeswoman Migdalia Arteaga says officers found a duffel bag full of cocaine bricks on Feb. 16 while inspecting ship containers arriving from Ecuador.

Authorities discovered an empty container with a burlap sack and a K-9 sniffed out the hidden drugs.

The evidence tested positive for cocaine and was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations.

Officials say no arrests have been made.
