SASKATOON – Police are investigating the armed robberies of four pizza delivery drivers in Saskatoon over a two-day period. Investigators believe the four robberies are connected.
The first robbery happened Saturday around 2 a.m. CT in the 400-block of Pendygrasse Road. The driver told police he was approached by two men armed with a bat and tire iron when he left his vehicle.
They demanded cash from the driver and then fled.
The suspects are between the ages of 18 and 20. One is described as Caucasian and the other either First Nation or Asian.
Then around 11:45 p.m. CT Saturday, a driver told police he was assaulted by two people armed with a bat in the 900-block of Victoria Avenue.
They took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police were then called to the 700-block of Labine Crescent around 4:30 p.m. Sunday where a driver was robbed by two people armed with a bat and a pipe wrench.
The fourth robbery happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 700-block of Heritage Lane when the driver was robbed by two people armed with a bat and a steel rod.
A canine track was unsuccessful in capturing the suspects.
The suspects had their faces covered in all the robberies.
