Warning issued after bobcat spotted near Port Coquitlam school

The City of Port Coquitlam is warning residents about a bobcat that was spotted across from Blakeburn Park Elementary School.

Several people have called in sightings to the city, prompting a warning for people in the area to keep a close eye on small children and pets.

Residents are also being asked to make sure they don’t have any bird feeders out  that could attract animals in their yards.
