LETHBRIDGE- Exhibition Park unveiled its new logo, a modern look for the long-standing organization.

Doug Kryzanowski, with Exhibition Park, said the process of redesigning the logo has been going on for 19 months.

“We realized we needed to get on a more contemporary level with our programming. The boots and the rope are still part of our heritage, but at the same time, we have to move forward,” he said.

Exhibition Park general manager Rudy Friesen said the project came with a hefty price tag.

“Just for the process itself, it probably cost the organization $30,000, and then of course you have to redo all of your merchandise, business cards, letterhead, that sort of thing. So that is all part of the process.”

The new logo was designed by Lethbridge company Art-Rageous Advertising.  Kryzanowski said the park’s major events will have a fresh look with the new logo, starting with the Home and Garden Show next month.
