SASKATOON – We may have dropped a spot from last year, but Saskatoon is still considered one of the most romantic cities in Canada. Amazon.ca released its list of top 20 Most Romantic Cities in Canada, with Saskatoon coming in at number 5.

The e-commerce company’s annual rankings are based on per capita sales data of romance novels, relationship books, romantic comedies, jewellery and “sexual wellness” items.
There are some obvious romantic spots in the “Paris of the Prairies,” like the Cameco Meewasin skating rink or eating out at one of our many restaurants, but what do you think makes our city romantic? Is Saskatoon even romantic?
