After 29 years of service with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, background investigator Tony Scherb shimmied away from his job with a retirement video that has gone viral.

The video begins with sheriff’s office staff members placing a video inside an elevator, supposedly to pinpoint why the elevator continues to malfunction.

As the video description states, “Diagnosis: Excessive Dancing.”

Scherb turns on rapper Silento’s hit “Whip/Nae Nae” on his phone and begins to shake, bop and nae nae to the song.

Two colleagues with happy feet join him for the “stanky leg” and the “superman” but they put on a professional facade when Sheriff Bill Elder walks into the elevator.

The sheriff apparently can’t keep the rhythm from moving him and joins in on the elevator dance party.
