Manitoba RCMP say a seven-month-long investigation has resulted in the seizure of a quantity of drugs and more than 100 charges being laid.
Police say after executing seven search warrants in and around Portage la Prairie officers seized contraband cigarettes, firearms, knives and a number of street drugs including cocaine and marijuana.

Thirty people are facing drug-related charges and warrants are out for two more, said police Friday.
The investigation dubbed Project Demerit started in October 2011.
