One of the south Okanagan’s best known hotels will be seeing some big changes.
Penticton city council unanimously approved expansion plans at the Lakeside Resort at last night’s meeting.
The $14 million project will add 70 new hotel rooms in a separate annex overlooking the lake.
Construction is expected to start in March with a timeline to open in 2017.
