Victim walks into hospital after shooting in downtown Toronto

Police are investigating after a person walked into a hospital following a shooting in downtown Toronto early Friday morning.

Officers received the call around 3:30 a.m. ET. near King Street East and Victoria Street.

The extent of the victim’s injuries are unknown.

There’s no word yet on any suspects.

King Street East was closed between Toronto Street and Yonge Street for the police investigation but reopened just before 7 a.m. ET.
