If you’re starting off the new year resolving to eat better, you can look to some southern Alberta kids for inspiration.
Students from a school south of Calgary met up Friday for an “Iron Chef” competition in High River.
They were given 10 minutes to create healthy snacks, using ingredients like fruits, vegetables, yogurt and hummus.
And while no one was crowned “top chef,” they all ended up winners, getting a chance to sample their tasty snacks after the competition.
It was part of an event promoting healthy living in schools.
