Police are appealing for the public’s help identifying three suspects wanted in connection to separate bank robberies in the Toronto area.
Police say a suspect nicknamed the “Tunnel Rat Bandit” is wanted for eight hold-ups between Jan. 6 and March 11, 2015.
It is alleged the suspect in each incident was disguised with a baseball hat, glasses, scarf and gloves.
Police say he approached each teller, indicated he was armed and demanded cash.
In half of the cases, the suspect fled in to the subway system.
A $10,000 reward has since been offered for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the accused.
He is described as white, in his 30s, 5’9″-6’0″ tall, 170 pounds, with dark hair.
Police also are looking to identify a bank robbery suspect nicknamed “Bubbles.”

It is alleged he entered a bank on March 4, 2015 in the Dundas Street West and Bay Street area and proceeded to hand over a note to the teller requesting money.
Police say the suspect made threats that he would start shooting if he didn’t get what he wanted.
The man then fled the scene with a quantity of cash.

He is described as black, between 30 to 40 years of age, 5’7″ tall, unshaven, wearing plastic-framed glasses, black jacket and toque.
A third suspect nicknamed “Whiskers” is wanted for two bank robberies.
Police say the first robbery occurred on May 7, 2015 in the Dupont Street and Symington Avenue Area and the second on Oct. 19, 2015 at a bank in the Steeles Avenue West and Bathurst Street area in York Region.
In both cases, police said the suspect handed a note over to the teller.
Police say the suspect kept his hand in his left pocket indicating he may have had a weapon.
The man eventually got away in both cases with a quantity of cash and fled in a taxi.
He is described as white, between 23 to 30 years of age, 5’7″-5’9″ tall, slim build, well-trimmed moustache and beard. Security image from the York Region branch showed he is wearing dark sunglasses, a toque, gloves, dark pea coat, and blue jeans.
