REGINA – Fire crews were called to a vehicle fire shortly after noon on Saturday in the parking lot of the Victoria Square Shopping Centre.
A silver minivan went up in flames near the entrance to Sport Chek. The fire spread to a sedan that was parked beside the van. The van sustained major damage and the driver side of the sedan was badly burned.
Crews responded within three minutes of the call. They quickly extinguished the flames with compressed air foam.
No one was injured in the fire.
The van was towed away so investigators could examine it and establish a cause of the fire.
