A building in Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood was on fire this afternoon.
The Regal Place Hotel, a social housing apartment with 39 units, is on Hastings Street between Abbott and Cambie. Flames could be seen coming from the top two floors of the building, and were highly visible throughout the area.
