MONTREAL – Heading west out of the downtown core is going to become even more of a headache starting this weekend.
Access to the 20 and 138 west bound from Ville Saint-Pierre will be blocked beginning at 11 p.m. Saturday night, and won’t be reopened until 2019.

However, access to the 20 eastbound from the 138 will remain open, as well as from the Angrignon overpass.
Transports Quebec said the closure is part of the ongoing Turcot interchange reconstruction project.
The province said it will implement traffic easing measures, including modifying traffic lights, new road markings and an on-site police presence.
