Blue Jay Josh Donaldson graces cover of MLB ’16

Josh Donaldson has made Blue Jays history, even if it’s just in virtual form.

Toronto’s third baseman and reigning American League MVP will be the first Blue Jay to make the U.S. cover of MLB ’16: The Show, the upcoming edition of the popular video game franchise.

Donaldson will also grace the cover of the Canadian edition while wearing the team’s red Canada Day jersey.

Fellow Jays Jose Bautista, Russell Martin and Brett Lawrie have made the cover in the past, but only on the Canadian release.
