KELOWNA — Orchard Park Mall had to be evacuated today due to a power failure.

FortisBC says a switch on the property failed, causing the lights to go out.
The utility says that a replacement part is going to be hard to find and that the outage could last four to six hours.
According to FortisBC’s Twitter account, hundreds of residents are also without power.
