TORONTO – Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man wanted for allegedly taking an upskirt photograph of a woman in east-end Toronto last week.
It is alleged the woman was walking eastbound on York Mills Road at Victoria Park Avenue on Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m. when a man bent over and placed a cell phone underneath the victim’s skirt.
Police further allege the suspect took either a picture or a video recording and fled the scene.
The victim was unaware of the man’s action and she continued walking eastbound on Victoria Park, police said.
The suspect is described as having a brown complexion, between 18 to 22 years of age, medium build, 5’11” tall, 185 lbs., with short, wavy, black hair.
He was wearing a black leather jacket and a messenger-style bag.
