WINNIPEG — A four-year-old Winnipeg boy with a rare genetic disorder received an opportunity of a lifetime at Toys “R” Us Tuesday morning.

It’s called the 3-Minute Dash, in which Max was able to fill his cart with as many toys as possible within three minutes.

Max, who had eight holes repaired in his heart and over 20 surgeries to repair scaring in his trachea, was treated to the event in celebration of his birthday.
