REGINA – With winter fast approaching, Saskatchewan’s Highway Hotline is upgrading services to winter standards – which means it will now be reporting weather conditions 24/7.
The Hotline is updated a minimum of three times per day with additional updates provided as weather requires.

“This time of the year, road conditions can change rapidly,” Highways and Infrastructure Minister Nancy Heppner said.
“The Highway Hotline provides up-to-date road information so travellers can plan their trips safely.”

The hotline map is colour coded according to highway conditions and users can click on specific road sections to get detailed information.
The Highway Hotline in Saskatchewan is the most-used Government of Saskatchewan internet resource.
