WINNIPEG — Winnipeg Police are calling Thursday morning’s massive condo on Waverley Street suspicious.
It’s still not known exactly what caused the flames that tore through the complex that was under construction. The blaze broke out around 2:30 a.m. and forced the evacuation of several surrounding homes.
