FREDERICTON – An early morning fire has destroyed a King Construction Ltd. warehouse on Fairway Drive Thursday.
The fire ripped through the warehouse, causing extensive damage. The cause of the fire, and extent of the damage is unknown at this time.
The call about the fire came in just after 2 a.m. Thursday morning, with several fire crews responding, but unable to stop it from burning much of the building.
Water and foam were used to fight the fire.
The flames were almost entirely doused by 9 a.m., but smoke was still seen billowing from the warehouse.
