WINNIPEG – Fourth-time is the charm for Liberal candidate Terry Duguid.
After three tries at a seat in Ottawa Duguid beat well-known Conservative candidate Gordon Giesbrecht in Winnipeg South.
The man often referred to as “Professor Popsicle” for his cold-weather experiments, was brought in for the Tories after Rod Bruinooge announced he would not be seeking a second term.
