As the jury continues deliberations in the trial of Real Honorio, they’ve now come back to the judge with a question.
Honorio is accused of three counts of first-degree murder in a New Year’s Day shooting in 2009.
Gang member Sanjeev Mann, his associate Aaron Bendle and innocent bystander Keni S’ua were gunned down at the southeast Bolsa restaurant.

The jury has requested transcripts of the testimony given by the Crown’s two star witnesses, which includes testimony from an unknown person called only “M.M.” who was granted immunity in exchange for their testimony.
Copies of the transcripts will have to be made and delivered to the jury before they can continue. The judge cautioned the jury they cannot just look at sections of the transcripts, but must instead look at the transcripts as a whole.
Already, deliberations by the Jury in Honorio’s trial are longer than in the previous trials for the Bolsa triple murders.
Nathan Zucherrato and Michael Roberto were both given life sentences last year for their parts in the murders.
