Honorio is accused of three counts of first-degree murder in a New Year’s Day shooting in 2009.

The jury has requested transcripts of the testimony given by the Crown’s two star witnesses, which includes testimony from an unknown person called only “M.M.” who was granted immunity in exchange for their testimony.

Copies of the transcripts will have to be made and delivered to the jury before they can continue. The judge cautioned the jury they cannot just look at sections of the transcripts, but must instead look at the transcripts as a whole.
