‘Trailer Park Boys’ character wants Canadians to vote in online campaign

HALIFAX – An actor from the TV show “Trailer Park Boys” is using his character in an online campaign encouraging people to vote.

“The more people have a chance to think about an election on [October 19], the more chance they will have to vote. That’s how I look at it,” said John Dunsworth, who played Jim Lahey on the show.

People can ask political questions to the character at mrlaheyvotes.ca and get specific responses.
